Ordering
When submitting an order to Forest Creations, you are entering into a contract with Forest Creations to supply you with handmade jewelry items as described in the product details.
In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered not being available, you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action.
Custom Orders
Each piece of Forest Creations jewelry is handcrafted and distinctively one of a kind; however, a similar yet still unique style can be custom made.Please remember that much of the beauty of each piece is in its uniqueness, so I cannot duplicate a design. However, I can create something greatly inspired by a Forest Creations design of your choice.
Depending on my current custom orders list or material availability, the deadline for the custom order can vary from 5 to 30 days. I will inform you of the approximate time it will take for your order. We will stay in constant contact during the creation process to make sure the piece is made according to all your wishes.
All custom orders require a 50% advanced payment (except the Made to order pieces already listed in my shop, which are paid in full).
After the completion of the custom order, I will send you pictures and videos of the finished product, and if you are completely satisfied with the result and don’t wish to make any alterations to the agreed design, the piece will be shipped within 3 business days after the remaining 50% of the agreed price has been transferred.

Components
All jewelry on this site has been handmade in the Canary Islands (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria). Items are made from recycled copper, brass, or sterling silver and sustainably sourced or reused semiprecious gemstones and glass, unless otherwise stated. Some pieces may feature pre-made components such as clasps and chains.

Photographs taken are deemed to be a clear representation
of the product.
Due to the handmade nature of jewelry, we reserve the right to sell items with minor differences from the products photographed.
Age restrictions
Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only under the supervision of an adult and legal guardian.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store, or in any other fashion reuse material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so.
Pricing
All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. Forest Creations reserves the right to change prices from time to time and as necessary.
Delivery
Each piece of Forest Creations is placed in a handmade recycled box or a box made from recycled paper.

All deliveries will require a signature; please give a daytime shipping address at checkout.
Whenever possible the orders are shipped the same day; otherwise, within 3-5 days.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.
Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

If Forest Creations receives no communication from you within 7 days of delivery regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods with no problems.
Returns and exchanges Policy
Forest Creations gladly accepts returns. Simply return the order to us at

For returns or exchanges, email me at forestcreations11@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card or PayPal account upon receiving the returned product.
Please note that personalized custom-made items that have been made on behalf of a client cannot be exchanged or returned.
Limitation of Liability
Forest Creations accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein. Users should be aware that they use the Website and its Content at their own risk.
In no case will Forest Creations be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of the incorrect delivery of goods or out of reliance on incorrect information included on the website. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
