CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

Even though each piece of Forest Creations jewelry is handcrafted and distinctively one of a kind a similar yet still unique style can be custom made.

Please remember that much of the beauty of each piece is in it’s uniqueness, so I cannot duplicate a design. However I can create something greatly inspired by a Forest Creations design of your choice.

Depending on my current custom orders list or material availability, the deadline for the custom order can vary from 5 – 30 days. I will inform you of  the approximate time it will take for your order. We will stay in constant contact during the creation process to make sure the piece is made according to all your wishes.

All custom orders require a 50% advanced payment (except the Made to order pieces already listed in my shop which are paid in full).

After the completion of the custom order I will send you pictures and videos of the finished product and if you are completely satisfied with the result and don’t wish to make any alterations to the agreed design, the piece will be shipped within 3 business days after the remaining 50% of the agreed price has been transferred.
